Rob Allen is an experienced executive who specializes in large organization turnarounds and recoveries to unlock value and growth. Rob founded Aligned Outcomes after 30 years of progressive industry and executive experience primarily with the IBM Corporation in both North America and Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary and Executive Education Certifications from the University of Western Ontario and Harvard Business School.
Christa is a recognized transformation leader bringing customer, partner and employee behaviour transparency to enable organizations to be market leaders. Christa has led many large scale transformations with quantified and sustainable outcomes through strategy development, target operating models, regulatory, digital/data management and cultural/organizational enablement. Her ability to see past organizational complexities to target opportunities across multiple stakeholders has benefited organizations such as IBM, TD, Manulife, Sunlife, AT&T, CIBC and RBC. Christa is a graduate from the University of Western Ontario Ivey School of Business as well as executive certifications from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
Ken is a senior executive skilled at providing financial, strategic and legal services in the public and private marketplace. He has successfully worked with small management teams and entrepreneurs to grow organizations and provide a well-rounded business solution approach to problem solving. His skills in corporate governance and business strategy have assisted various teams in high growth environments. Ken holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary majoring in accounting and his LLB from Queen’s University.
Brad has years of experience working within global supply chains and logistics within the natural resources and manufacturing/production sectors. He has developed a keen sense for effectively uncovering cost efficiencies and ensuring operational excellence. Brad is a key part of Aligned Outcomes’ project execution team, helping customers to assess, plan and execute rapid, evidence-based transformation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary where he majored in Operations Management and graduated with distinction.
Lorne has over thirty years’ experience in the development and implementation of business transformation projects. Areas of experience include Convenience Retail, Payment Systems and Compliance, eBusiness strategy development and implementation, Bulk Fuel Sales and Logistics, Commercial Credit and Collections, and Personal Information Protection. Lorne is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Sonja is a passionate leader with interest and experience in entrepreneurship. She has developed a sharp skill set in business solutioning through her experience competing in international case competitions representing the University of Calgary. She now brings her skillset to the project execution team. In December 2022, Sonja will complete her dual Degree from the University of Calgary in Commerce and Economics with a concentration is Finance and an Embedded Certificate in Entrepreneurial Thinking.
Andrew McCann is an experienced youth leader who is educated in Economics and Computer Science. He is passionate about entrepreneurship and business growth strategy. From 2020-2022 Andrew served as VP of Finance and Administration for the Huron University College Student Council, where he led a portfolio that successfully launched an e-commerce store, new campus bar, and student grant program. Previously, he was a business analyst intern for Deloitte and ATB Financial.
Tom is an experienced entrepreneur with a deep focus on business development. Notably, Tom lead the North American technology portfolio investment management for an industry leader in Additive Manufacturing in Germany. Recently Tom has worked with venture-backed start-ups to expand their sales operations in North America. Tom excels at connecting stakeholders and technologies to drive creative problem solving and automation for an enhanced customer experience.
Frank Finley is an experienced youth leader with an interest in government relations and university governance. In 2020-2021 Frank served as President of the University of Calgary Students’ Union, an organization with $20 million in annual revenue and 26,000 constituents. Previously, he was a stakeholder relations intern for the Alberta Office of the Premier and has worked for the Legislative Assembly of Alberta and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. He currently serves as a board member for the University of Calgary.
