Rob founded Aligned Outcomes after 30 years of progressive industry and executive experience primarily with the IBM Corporation in both North America and Europe. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary and Executive Education Certifications from the University of Western Ontario and Harvard Business School.
Christian has 20 years of experience in operations, finance, and marketing. He has worked with PwC, Deloitte, and UBS, and supported large, multinational companies and Canadian provincial government clients to achieve their program objectives. Christian’s public sector work has included service delivery transformation, design and implementation, and program review and strategic planning. Christian holds a BSc from the University of Alberta, MA from Athabasca University, and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, as well as an executive program certificate in corporate sustainability from Yale University.
Tom is an experienced entrepreneur with a deep focus on business development. Notably, Tom led the North American technology portfolio investment management for an industry leader in Additive Manufacturing in Germany. Recently Tom has worked with venture-backed start-ups to expand their sales operations in North America. Tom excels at connecting stakeholders and technologies to drive creative problem solving and automation for an enhanced customer experience.
Lorne is a seasoned and dynamic professional with over 25 years of proven expertise in driving progressive process and digital automaton success. His extensive background includes managing intricate organizational transformations with a focus on operational, organizational and technology optimizations for start-ups, mid-level, and Fortune 500 companies. He has successfully navigated diverse business landscapes and has supported positive outcomes at every level. Lorne is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business, with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
Sonja is a passionate leader with interest and experience in entrepreneurship. She has developed a sharp skill set in business solutioning through her experience competing in international case competitions representing the University of Calgary. She now brings her skillset to the project execution team. Sonja has completed her dual Degree from the University of Calgary in Commerce and Economics with a concentration in Finance and an Embedded Certificate in Entrepreneurial Thinking.
Maeghan is a data-driven professional with a passion for human connection and business process improvement. Leaning on a diverse academic background and years of experience in post-secondary, she expertly weaves together technical skills with a deep understanding of community engagement to maximize impact and exceed business goals. Maeghan holds a Master of Information and a Master of Museum Studies from the University of Toronto, as well as a BA in Anthropology and Linguistics from the University of Alberta.
